Incident Response – Why Preparation is Not Enough?

In this session we will review real-life outcomes and lessons learned of several Incidents. We will debrief on incidents that have occurred to two types of organizations – ones that were ready for it, and ones which were not. We will try to answer the question “why is preparation not enough for Incident Response?”
