How do our critical infrastructures relate to Cyber Resilience? It seems inevitable that one day in the future, our vital infrastructures will be hit by a cyber attack. How vulnerable are our vital infrastructures really, and how can cities prepare for the impact of a cyber attack? How can local government and industry cooperate, to mitigate the risks of a cyber attack?
